Being familiar with the Word of God will equip you to fight against the attacks of the enemy. Jesus was the perfect example for this. When He was tempted by Satan (Matthew 4:1-11), Jesus’ sole weapon was the Word. He quoted from scriptures to counter Satan’s lies.

Similarly, we are called to fight the good fight and though it might seem impossible, we can overcome and finish well by God’s amazing grace. ♥
